It's A Trust Thing

In our society, I think sometimes we are a little to trusting. Not many examples pop into my head to support that, but at least one does... so I guess that obviously means that it's correct for all circumstances. Err... maybe not. Whatev.

One thing that I think that we are a bit too trusting in is with hair stylists. I went and got my hairs cut today, and it dawned on me that those are razor sharp edges that's she's basically threatening my life with every times she makes one of her passes. All between me and certain death is about a 20 degree up-angle. A simple pull of her shoulder and I could not be writing this now. It's scary. I'm not sure what kind of training hair stylists have to go though to get such a position, but I think it needs to require a course in emergency medic treatments in case they sneeze. It's the least they could do.

I guess that's why I've been going to the same beautician for about 12 years. I feel that she's trustworthy, even with scissors at my neck.
